RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At COVENANT, every piece is built for high-performance combat and strict quality standards. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. PRE-ORDER SALES (FINAL SALE)
All pre-order purchases and pre-order drops are final sale. Because pre-order payments directly fund our manufacturing and production runs, pre-orders are non-refundable and not eligible for cancellations or money-back returns once placed.

2. STANDARD RETURNS & MONEY-BACK REFUNDS
For regular (non-pre-order) inventory purchases, we accept returns for a money-back refund under the following strict conditions:

• Return Shipping: COVENANT does not cover or reimburse shipping costs for money-back returns.
• Item Condition: Products must be in 100% unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags still attached. No exceptions.
• Inspection & Verification: Once received, your return will undergo a verification check. If approved, your purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method, minus a 5% processing fee.
• Wear Inspection & Store Credit: If a returned item shows any signs of wear, wash, or use upon inspection, a money-back refund will NOT be granted, and store credit will be issued instead.

3. SIZING & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Detailed sizing charts are provided on every product page to help you select the precise fit before purchasing. Please consult the chart carefully prior to completing your order.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at covenantbjj1@gmail.com with the following information:

• Order Number
• Full Name on the Order
• Email Address used for the Order
• Your Request (Replacement product or Refund)
• Clear Photographs showing the issue or damaged area, taken on a flat surface with the tag and defect clearly displayed.

Once reviewed and verified by our team, we will resolve the issue promptly.
